To use the Switchboard:
1) For users with Switchboard access, the right side of the screen will display a Switchboard window similar to this, with your own details and unread message counts, as well as the details of other users:
2) To swap over to another user's account, click on their name in the list.
3) You will be logged in as the selected user, enabling you to look through their messages and impersonate them.
4) To return to your own account, click the "home" button or your name at the top of the switchboard.
